As a parent of a student who attends a public school district receiving Title I funds, you have the right to inquire and receive information about the qualifications of your child's teacher. If your child is taught by a non-highly qualified teacher for a period of four or more consecutive weeks, you will be notified.
The school district does not discriminate on the basis of age (except students), race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, creed or marital status in admission or access to, or treatment in, its hiring and employment practices, or it its programs and activities.
