2018 April Student of the Month
We are pleased to honor the drive, determination, and integrity of April’s Student of the Month, Amber Degeneffe.
Amber is the daughter of Lance and Tracy Degeneffe. She has one sister, Abby Delp and three brothers, Trent Ganoe, Dominic Degeneffe and Brandon Degeneffe.
Amber is known to be very kind and honest. She is a person who would go out of her way to help anyone. She strives for excellence in all that she does but has the rare quality of doing so while lifting others with her along the way. 2018 March Student of the Month
Congratulations to Jeffrey Chumbley for being named Ogden High School’s Student of the Month for March! Jeff is a voracious leader and a wonderful person to whomever he meets. He is active both in and out of school and makes a positive impact through all he does. Jeff is the son of Scott and Amy Chumbley and has a younger brother, Edward.
Academics play a significant part of his future and he gives them the time deserved in his busy schedule. Jeff takes upper level courses at OHS, without any study halls, and still manages to be on the honor roll every semester during his high school career. He is a member of the National Honor Society and he also serves as a Senior Leader where he enjoys planning activities for his district.More Information
2018 February Student of the Month
Madison Motz is the February Student of the Month for Ogden High School! She is a dreamer, a doer, and a take-charge leader. She is active both in and out of school and makes a positive impact through all she does. Madison is the daughter of Dustin Wilkinson and Denise Holladay and has a younger sister, Natalie.
Madison embodies what it means to be a great leader in a small school. She serves OHS as the Student Body President and is a District Senior Leader. She is active on Student Council where she has helped coordinate the Color Run and the Care for Casey fundraiser. Madison is a dedicated member of the CMS Club where she helped create a sleep deprivation study and frequently works in the concession stand. When games aren’t at home, she enjoys traveling to them with friends. While at OHS, Madison has participated in Marching Band, Concert Band, and Pep Band. She served on the Leadership Team for Marching Band as Woodwind Captain and Uniform Captain. Madison was selected twice to represent OHS in the WCAC Honor Band. Having performed solos and been a member of many ensembles, Madison has received numerous Division 1 ratings at music contest. She makes our school better by being a great role model!More Information
2018 January Student of the Month
Jonah Tews is the O.H.S. student of the month for January. Jonah is the son of Brandon and Katie Tews and the brother to Graham and Keegan.
Jonah has been heavily involved at Ogden and is a valued member both academically and athletically. Jonah has been honored numerous times on the honor roll, winning academic letters and has pushed himself by taking college level courses. Jonah was selected to be a part of National Honor Society and continues to take the highest-level classes available to him at Ogden in his area of interest, exercise science. Jonah has played a vital role in the schools Student Council system being a member of this for two years, serving as Secretary this school year.More Information

2017 November Student of the Month
Fall is a busy time for November’s Student of the Month, Patrick Glenn! He has been all over the place preparing back-to-school activities, organizing homecoming events for the student body and senior class, rehearsing for All State, working in the CMS concession stand, coaching U6 Soccer, performing at the Fall Vocal Concert, constructing sets and scenery for the musical, and working at Wall-Mart! 2017 October Student of The Month
Jacob Hinman is such a positive, friendly young man, it is no wonder he has been selected as October’s Student of the Month. He exemplifies what it means to be a Bulldog: he always gives his all, with a positive, genuine attitude, and a huge smile on his face.
Through his high school career, Jacob has actively participated in cross country, basketball, and track. Qualifying as a cross country team for state in both 2015 and 2016 have been highlights of his athletic experiences. Jacob’s personality is exactly what his coaches are looking for in a senior leader and role model: he works hard, stays positive, and builds up team morale. There is no doubt Jacob is an essential member of each of these teams with his positivity.More Information
