2018 April Student of the Month
We are pleased to honor the drive, determination, and integrity of April’s Student of the Month, Amber Degeneffe.
Amber is the daughter of Lance and Tracy Degeneffe. She has one sister, Abby Delp and three brothers, Trent Ganoe, Dominic Degeneffe and Brandon Degeneffe.
Amber is known to be very kind and honest. She is a person who would go out of her way to help anyone. She strives for excellence in all that she does but has the rare quality of doing so while lifting others with her along the way. Amber is not afraid of a challenge or to try something new.
Amber’s high school achievements and activities include: Wrestling Cheerleader, Senior Leadership, Cross Country Manager, Honor Roll all four years of High School and National Honor Society. Amber has given generously of her time and enthusiasm to represent Ogden High School and the Hospitality & Tourism Management program within our community and at the state level.
A testimate to her ambition and drive, Amber started working when she was only fifteen and is currently employed at Westhaven. She enjoys spending time with friends, shopping, baking, watching movies, reading and walking her dog.
Amber has been accepted into Iowa State University and plans to major in psychology.
All best wishes for a very bright future! We at Ogden High School know that your determination to succeed will take you far. We know you will accomplish much, and those who you meet along the way will be all the better for knowing you.
