This should be a creative well thought out project.  You are setting the standards for the classes to come.  Your pages should follow good design protocol, be easy to read.  Should correspond to each other and provide good information to the users of the sight.  You should keep in mind your audience once you decide on the sight.  It should be written in HTML and JavaScript code and should not be written with a code-generating program.  It does need to be uploaded  to your site  with this link  exactly,  Web Design Business Site Fall 2007. and I will have several people evaluate the site on the given rubric.  This is a culmination project and will be worth 1/3  of your grade for the quarter.  We are taking the last 1/4 of the quarter to do this site.
