Ogden High School is a public high school located in Central Iowa, approximately 25 miles west of Ames. The city of Ogden has approximately 1800 residents and has a diverse economic background, ranging from agriculture to professional. Higher education opportunities within commuting distance include Des Moines Area Community College in Boone, Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, and numerous colleges in Des Moines.
